Getting our hats to you

Note: due to social distancing, postal services are delayed. Sadly this is beyond our control but please expect items to take longer than usual.

We ship worldwide (Hoorah!). UK postage is free of charge (double Hoorah!).

We wish we could offer free shipping outside the UK, however, due to so many items going missing in the post, we use a tracked service only, which is more expensive, but guaranteed to get to you. It also gives you full visibility of where your parcel is at any time.

For international orders we charge a flat fee per order, so you can add multiple items and only pay for delivery once. Your shipping charge will be shown in your basket before checkout.

We use Royal Mail for UK delivery and Parcelforce for deliveries outside of the UK. Please allow for 1 to 5 working days for delivery within the UK, 3 to 7 working days within Europe and 7 to 20 working days to the Rest of the World following the dispatch of your order.

Shipping times are only estimated and cannot be guaranteed. We will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by you if the delivery timescales fail to be met, as postage and delivery service is out of our control once an order has been consigned to the designated service provider.

We will attempt to deliver the Goods to the place designated by you in the accepted order, during normal business hours. We may employ a third-party company as our carrier to make these deliveries. The delivery options we offer may require a signature by you upon delivery. Please ensure the package and product is in a suitable condition before signing for delivery.

For deliveries outside of the UK you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges or other local taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that the payment of any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or any administration charges paid to couriers in relation to these fees, is for your own account. ON TIREE LTD cannot be held responsible for the payment of any of the above mentioned charges.
